Group Cycling - All Access Pass allows access to all cycling classes offered throughout the quarter, as many times per week!

Group Cycling is the most popular fitness trend of the decade. This is a sweat-soaking, body sculpting, 8-week cycling class that takes you through the world of endurance training. No matter what, be prepared to sweat! Bring water and a towel to every class. Optional equipment includes heart rate monitor, cycling shoes, and a gel bike seat.
Open to participants of all fitness levels and riding experiences. Workouts can be modified from high to low intensity depending on your personal goals.
