Get Up GAUCHOS! Group Cycling All Access Pass allows access to all cycling classes offered throughout the quarter, as many times per week! Bike availability is on a first-come basis. Group Cycling is the most popular fitness trend of the decade. This is a sweat-soaking, body sculpting, 8-week cycling class that takes you through the world of endurance training. No matter what, be prepared to sweat! Bring water and a towel to every class. Optional equipment includes heart rate monitor, cycling shoes, and a gel bike seat.

All-Level Classes
Open to participants of all fitness levels and riding experiences. Workouts can be modified from high to low intensity depending on your personal goals.

Choose from our energetic cardio-based classes to burn calories or specialty classes to bring fitness into a new dimension of fun and sweat. Our certified and professional instructors will ensure that you get the most out of your resistance training exercises through an emphasis on proper form, technique, and intensity. Join anytime!

Fit For Life

Fit for Life - All Access Pass

Register for Fit for Life      Learn More about Faculty & Staff Classes

The Fit For Life - All Access Pass grants you unlimited faculty & staff fitness classes throughout the quarter! Fit for Life classes are led by our nationally-certified fitness instructor. The program is designed specially for the needs of campus employees. Learn how to recognize existing imbalances in your body and corrective exercise strategies as you train! Classes include intermediate to advanced level strength, cardiovascular, core, and flexibility training.
