NO WALK-INS! Services Available Twice Per Week (usually on Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
The UCSB Recreation Customer Service Center is an authorized U.S. Government Passport Acceptance Facility. You can avoid the hassles and long lines at the Post Office by making an appointment with us!
We offer all the necessary forms, and expedited service, accept your completed passport application, and forward it to the U.S. Department of State for an issuance determination. Only the Department of State can make an issuance determination, we cannot. Services are available by completing all necessary forms and bringing required verifications and payments.

Passport Photos
Applicant may bring a valid passport photo OR UCSB Recreation can take a photo for $10 during appointment.

Cancellations
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. NO appointments if you are using form DS-82.

Parking is available at Lot 18/Mesa Garage and payment can be made at the parking garage kiosk. Our office is located in the Customer Service Center at the UCSB Recreation Center. Just before entering the Recreation Center's main entrance, turn right and walk just past the bathroom. Our entrance will be on the left.
